Team Intros: Meet Tia

We've grown our team a lot over the last year, so we wanted to dedicate some blog space to introducing all of you to the team members behind all those emails, if you haven't yet met in person!

Our next team member up is Tia, another Junior Designer on our team. I'm excited to see her grow with our team, so let's see what she thinks about working for MND and how she spends her off time!

What's your go-to drink of choice?

TF: If we are going out…a spicy marg, or an iced tea!

What is the best item you've purchased in the past 3 months?

TF: Laneige Lip Glowy Balm - the absolute best, I have my friends and family hooked!

Where do you love spending your Saturday?

TF: Love spending a Saturday riding bikes at the beach with my fiancé + grabbing dinner and drinks downtown!

What's your personal home style?

TF: I try to stick to natural materials, earth tones, organic textures - simple + clean.

How did you get into interior design?

TF: I had the opportunity to work at a firm in Vancouver BC as an intern and then worked as a design assistant at a local firm and gradually with experience transitioned to this position at MND.

What's your favorite part of working at Madison Nicole Design?

TF: My favorite part is definitely the collaboration, we enjoy working together as a team and it makes our days feel less like work!

Interesting fact or story that not everyone knows?

TF: I really enjoy researching old historic homes, we actually have quite a few here in Ventura!
